Attorney Joe Rivet Named 2021 Power Lawyers

The Lawyers of Distinction is pleased to announce that Joe Rivet of Norton Shores has been certified as a distinguished member of our organization as a 2021 Power Lawyer.  The Lawyers of Distinction is recognized as the fastest growing community of distinguished lawyers in the United States. Joe Rivet is the Principal Attorney with Rivet Health Law, PLC.  His practice focuses on reimbursement and compliance matters for numerous provider types.  Prior to becoming an attorney Joe worked in healthcare operations and revenue cycle over 20 years.  He brings direct value to clients knowing and understanding revenue cycle operations including coding and reimbursement.  Joe spent five years on the payor side running fraud and abuse units including payment integrity operations.  This knowledge is highly sought after among clients.

Joe has appeared in numerous publications, written three books on E/M coding and auditing, and has been on several media outlets such as NPR, FOX2Detroit, and Crains Detroit.
